This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and includes information such as your name, address, phone number and email address. The use of this is identified in our Terms and Conditions. We use this information to supply you with the voucher and details of the Turnout Trade In event, as well as contacting you in relation to marketing communications. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, by downloading a voucher, customers consent to being contacted by Horseware Ireland, their affiliate brands, services and products, in relation to promotions, special offers, event details, brand news, competitions and discounts regarding their products.
Form responses
Your form responses under “A little more info” will be used by Horseware Ireland for research and commercial purposes. Horseware Ireland may use the collected information to administer the campaign, to improve future surveys and forms. By filling in the response form, you are contributing your data to a pool of data from which broad participant statistics are derived. We process the data to create a variety of market research insights and to help us to better understand consumer behavior, which in turn helps us to make smart decisions about our products and services. We use tools and methods to make sure that there is no reasonable possibility of identifying you from the reports that we create for internal use or to inform our retailers. For example, we combine the responses we collect from you with the responses of many others to produce aggregated reports from which you cannot be uniquely identified. Data Retention
We will retain your data for as long as needed to gain useful insights from that data and fulfill the uses described in this Website Privacy Notice. When you are no longer an active respondent, we will continue to use the anonymised aggregated data about where you heard of the promotion, your discipline, your horses (including location, number, blanket size and name), brand preferences and pet ownership. However, we keep this data separate from data that could be used to identify you, and strictly limit access to your identifying data.

We may provide the anonymised aggregated data from the form responses to third parties such as our retail partners or selling agents, where such information is combined with similar information of other users of our website. For example, we may share your horse size with our retail partners to ensure they stock product in accordance to the market need. Additional third parties to whom we may provide this information may include researchers and other similar parties. Aggregated summary information may be shared with media publications or in promotional materials and individuals will never be personally identifiable. We will use third party processors to send large volume of emails etc such as Dotmailer.
We will disclose your Personal Data if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other statutory requirement.
International Data Transfers
Information that we collect may be stored and processed in and transferred between the countries in which we operate, in this case between the US where the Turnout Trade In campaign is taking place and our head office in Ireland where the data is processed, in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this policy. We share the aggregated and anonymised market insights with our US team to assist them in understanding the market and develop an understanding of our users’ equestrian habits. We will take technical and organisational measures to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with requirements under GDPR and other legislation.

Your Personal Data is held on secure servers hosted by our ISP (Internet Service Provider). The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet.
